Tax Assessment Appeals

We represent our clients during the appeal at the Board of Property Assessment, Appeals and Review and at the Court of Common Pleas level, and handle any appeal to the Commonwealth Court or Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  We have experience in litigating tax appeals for virtually every type of property, including single-family residences; apartment complexes; office buildings; local, regional and shopping malls; and industrial properties of all types.  We also have experience litigating tax-exemption appeals.  We maintain a stable of appraisers in multiple counties in which our school district clients are located to perform appraisal analysis and to develop appraisals for litigation.
