Our Attorneys

Kathleen M. Metcalfe A cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science. She earned her J.D. from Beasley School of Law at Temple University where she was awarded the Lenard Sigel Award for Excellence in Criminal Law as well as Outstanding Oral Advocacy recognition in the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia for four years where she tried hundreds of cases. She also spent extensive time in the courtroom as a Child Advocate Attorney in the Philadelphia Family Court system. She transitioned to special education law where she was counsel for the School District of Philadelphia representing the District in special education matters. Her concentration is in the areas of special education and pupil personnel.
