Our Attorneys

David F. Conn, Associate, is a graduate of Macalester College with a B.A. in English and East Asian Studies. He received National Merit Scholar, DeWitt-Wallace Scholar and Jacob Kossman Awards. Mr. Conn earned his Law degree from Temple University School of Law. His concentration is in the areas of school law, tax assessment appeals and special education.

David brings ten years of intense litigation experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, David spent the last five years concentrating on representation of public entities of almost every kind, including county agencies, townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities. In that capacity, he has appeared in everything from administrative hearings to appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He combines a commitment to public service with a fierce attachment to advocacy and creative solutions to face the dynamic challenges confronting public entities.
