Our Attorneys
David F. Conn A graduate of Macalester College with a B.A. in English and East Asian Studies. He received National Merit Scholar, DeWitt-Wallace Scholar and Jacob Kossman Awards. He earned his Law degree from Temple University School of Law.
He brings years of intense litigation experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he concentrated on representation of public entities of almost every kind, including county agencies, townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities. In that capacity, he has appeared in everything from administrative hearings to appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He combines a commitment to public service with a fierce attachment to advocacy and creative solutions to face the dynamic challenges confronting public entities. His concentration is in the areas of municipal law, school law, labor and special education.
