Our Attorneys

David T. Painter, Associate, is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. and Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.  Dr. Painter received his Law degree cum laude from Widener University School of Law.  His concentration is in the areas of special education and pupil personnel.

Dr. Painter served the public schools of Chester County as a well-respected school psychologist for more than twenty-five years.  His expertise in school psychology and assessment practices is widely acknowledged, and he has trained many, including Pennsylvania’s special education hearing officers, in these areas.  For the past five years, Dr. Painter has practiced law with a well-known parent law practice, where he earned a reputation for knowledgeable, fair, and thorough advocacy on behalf of his clients.
