Angela J. Evans A graduate of College Misericordia with a B.A. in Liberal Studies. She earned her Law degree from Villanova University School of Law.

She has experience representing parents and school entities in special education matters, civil rights litigation and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner with a parent law practice. Her concentration is in the areas of special education and pupil personnel.
