Our Attorneys

Andrew E. Faust, Partner, is a widely recognized authority in the areas of special education and student civil rights matters.  He has lectured throughout the Commonwealth and has appeared as an expert witness on special education.  Mr. Faust is a magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  He earned his Law degree at The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University where he was a member of the editorial board of the Law Review and the moot court board.  He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Montemuro of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.  His concentration is in the areas of special education, student civil rights matters, legal consultation and staff training.
