Our Attorneys
Sharon Wolff Montanye, Partner, is a graduate of Arcadia University with a B.A. in English Literature with Secondary Certification, and a M.Ed. in Special Education summa cum laude from Temple University. Ms. Montanye received her Law degree and LL.M. from Temple University School of Law.
Ms. Montanye has earned a reputation with our clients as a tough advocate in special education litigation and as a knowledgeable advisor. Prior to joining the law practice, she spent nearly a dozen years working in the field of education as a certified teacher, Administrator, grant writer, Peer Reviewer for the U.S. Department of Education and the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She has spoken widely to audiences of educators and attorneys.
Her concentration is in the area of special education, student discipline, pupil personnel, tax assessment and school board governance matters.
