Our Attorneys

Jonathan P. Riba A cum laude graduate of George Washington University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Journalism. He received his J.D. from the College of Law, Syracuse University as well as an M.P.A from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse. His primary practice is in the area of litigation. He handles the majority of the firms state and federal litigation cases. He has successfully tried and defended numerous cases involving issues such as the First Amendment, Fourteenth Amendment, American's With Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Individuals With Disabilities Education Act, and the Pennsylvania School Code.
