School counselors, as well as other employees with similar duties, frequently receive confidential information from or about students.  There are a number of laws, both federal and state, that dictate what counselors and other such employees may, may not, or must do with this information.  This seminar will education your counselors and other staff as to the various laws and regulations that govern how they interact with students, and the handling of sensitive student information.
