Due Process.  Every employee of every public school entity in Pennsylvania has due process rights if they are disciplined.  The extent of an individual employees' rights varies by their status, whether as a professional or classified employee, whether they are covered by a union collective bargaining agreement, and the nature or extent of the discipline.  This seminar will educate your administrators as to these differences, and will teach them how to afford an employee their due process rights when they are being disciplined.
