Each year public schools accumulate a vast number of records including students and other matters.  This seminar will focus on a public school's obligations regarding the maintenance and handling of student records under FERPA, IDEA, and other federal and state laws.  Additionally, this seminar will address common practical tips regarding the protection of student privacy and confidentiality of student communications with it.
