Public schools, as do all employers, have a duty to prevent and deal with harassment, in whatever form it takes.  It is critical that public schools regularly provide training to their employees, both professional and classified, both as a means of preventing harassment, and as a defensive measure should the employer be sued in connection with claimed harassment.  This seminar will help schools meet their duty of training their employees and is tailored to the audience composition, e.g., classified vs. administrators.
