With the increasing role of computers in the public schools today, it is important for school administrators and staff to be aware of federal and state law regulating internet access in public schools.  This seminar will focus on federal laws such as Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and how and when public schools are required to regulate internet access.  Additionally, the seminar will examine how and when public schools may discipline employees and students for misuse of the Internet.
