Coronavirus and Schools: Gifted Timelines during a Mandated Closure

Question from a school district: What is your sage advice for Chapter 16 timelines? Since the governor closed the schools, are we treating the closure the same way we would treat the summer closure? Should we push back annual meetings or hold them virtually? Did the closure freeze GWR timelines?
The advice previously offered today related to IDEA timelines applies equally to gifted services, except, of course, substitute the terms GWR, GNORA, and GIEP for the terms ER and RR, NOREP, and IEP.
