News Release
New Britain, PA – Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP has named Andrea Lynne Cola a partner of the firm, a reflection of her valuable contributions to the firm’s growth and success over the last several years.
Cola joined Sweet Stevens in 2019 and was promoted to senior associate in 2022. Since that time, she has built a distinguished practice focused on civil rights defense, special education, and student services, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike for her thoughtful counsel and practical approach to complex legal challenges facing schools today.

Prior to joining Sweet Stevens, she served as an attorney in the Special Education Unit of the School District of Philadelphia. She also worked for the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where she focused on protecting the rights and needs of children in matters involving abuse and dependency, parental rights, education disputes, and access to ongoing support services.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts of both Eastern and Middle Pennsylvania. Cola is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association.
