New Britain, PA – Kalani Linnell Asroff, an attorney with Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP, will present at Summit 25 for Educational Leaders, the Pennsylvania Principals Association’s annual conference, taking place August 3–5 at State College Area High School in State College, PA.

Linnell Asroff’s session, Conducting Compliant, Reliable, and Thorough School Investigations,” will be held Monday, August 4, from 2:45–3:45 p.m. It will offer a practical framework for school leaders tasked with investigating student conduct, staff issues, and school-wide programs—areas where a legally sound process is essential.

The program will provide insights into how internal investigations intersect with due process protections, school discipline, and district liability, equipping principals with best practices for gathering information, documenting findings, and making defensible decisions that support both student success and legal compliance.

Linnell Asroff brings a unique perspective to education law. Before joining Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams, she worked as a teacher in a large Pennsylvania school district and later as an investigator and hearing officer for a consulting firm focused on educational compliance. She now advises school clients in areas including special education, student civil rights, and district operations, helping them navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence, and is often asked to perform and advise on investigations into policy violations.
