Linnell Asroff to Address Title IX Developments On NBI Webinar

New Britain, PA –  Kalani Linnell Asroff, Esq. of Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP will present as part of the National Business Institute’s virtual seminar on school law, addressing one of the most closely watched issues facing schools today: the evolving landscape of Title IX compliance. Her session, “Title IX: Where Things Stand Now,” is scheduled for April 8, 2026 at 1 p.m. 

Her presentation is part of NBI’s program School Law: 2026 Hot-Button Issues and Trends, a continuing legal education course that explores emerging challenges in school district representation, including artificial intelligence, student discipline, special education, and ethics considerations. Linnell Asroff will provide insight to other school law experts who grapple with regulatory changes, conflicts between federal guidance and case law, investigation requirements, and practical implications for school districts in proactive compliance and defensible response to complaints.. 

Linnell Asroff brings extensive experience and nationally recognized leadership in Title IX law. She works closely with administrators, principals, and school boards, guiding districts through every phase of the Title IX process, from intake and investigation to hearings and final resolution. In addition, she develops customized Title IX training programs tailored to each district’s size, structure, and risk profile.
