Joseph McAlee is a veteran litigator who represents schools and municipalities in civil rights defense, employment discrimination defense, labor and employment matters, and general civil litigation.
Joe's constitutional litigation experience includes representing multiple Pennsylvania counties at trial and on appeal in challenges regarding the state personal property tax. This includes high-stakes appellate work and the defense of government entities in landmark matters such as Annenberg v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Bold Corp. v. County of Lancaster.
