New Britain, PA – Ellis H. Katz and Thomas C. Warner of Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP have been selected to the 2022 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Katz, of counsel to the firm, has been named to Super Lawyers annually since 2009, and Warner, a partner, has been recognized as a “Rising Star” since 2015.

Thomas Warner represents Pennsylvania school districts and entities in matters of special education litigation. He also provides in-service training to districts on defensible special education programming and confidentiality/disclosure issues involving education records. He is a frequent presenter on special education legal issues.

Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
